Ghostframe Sites · Englewood, Ohio

Websites for local business,
built by a pipeline.

You answer 26 questions about your business. A build system turns those answers into a fast, findable website — and then checks every factual claim on it against what you actually told me, so nothing goes on your site that you can't stand behind.

About 20 minutes. No account, no payment, nothing sent until you hit download.

How it works

Six steps, and you're only in three of them.

Most of what makes a website project miserable is the back-and-forth. This is built to remove it.

01

The brief

Twenty-six questions about your business — what you do, who you're for, why people pick you, what they ask before they'll commit. Short answers are fine.

You: 20 minutes, on your phone if you want
02

The call

Forty-five minutes, and I mostly listen. The brief gets me the facts. The call gets me the way you actually talk about your work, which is the part that makes your site sound like you instead of like a template.

You: 45 minutes, once
03

Colors and type, before anything is built

You get a page showing the exact colors, fonts, and spacing your site will use. Approve it or tell me to change it. Changing it here costs nothing — changing it after the site is built is where projects go sideways.

You: reply with one word
04

The build

Your answers drive the whole site — pages, copy, a page for each service, the questions-people-ask section. Nothing is a stock template; the design is generated from your brand, and every color pair is checked so text stays readable.

Me: about a week and a half
05

The claims check

Before you ever see it, a program reads every licence, guarantee, year, and number on the site and matches it against what you told me. Anything that doesn't trace back to your own words gets pulled or gets asked about. Then I send you the list to confirm in writing.

Me: automated, then you confirm
06

Review, then live

You get a link, open it on your phone, and send back everything you want changed in one message. I make the list, you approve, we launch — including your Google Business Profile, which for a local business often brings in more calls than the website does.

You: one round of changes
Why this is different

The boring parts are automated.
The parts that matter aren't.

Plenty of people will sell you a website. Here's what's actually different about this one.

Nothing false ships

AI writes fast and confidently, and left alone it will put "family-owned since 1987" or "licensed and insured" on your site because it reads well — whether or not you said it. A licence you don't hold is a regulatory problem, not a typo. So the check isn't a promise to be careful; it's a program that refuses to publish a claim it can't trace to your own answers.

Not a template with your logo dropped in

Your colors, type, spacing, and layout are generated from the brand answers in your brief. Two businesses that answer differently get sites that look genuinely different — and every text-and-background pair is contrast-checked, so a pale brand color still leaves your site readable.

You own everything, from day one

The domain stays in your name, in your account. The site files are yours. If we ever part ways you keep all of it and I hand over the logins the same week. No hostages, no "I'll need to transfer that for a fee."

Fast because it's static

No WordPress, no plugins to update, nothing to hack. Your site is plain files served straight to the browser — it loads instantly on a phone at a job site with two bars, which is where most of your customers will actually see it.

Proof

A site like this is already out there working.

Not a mockup, not a demo. A real contractor's website, live right now — go click it.
